Massage, The New Back!

During the training process I was fortunate to sample many different massages, although not nearly enough! You can never have enough massages in my opinion.

Having brainwashed myself through exams and many, many practise runs which I thank my girls for, actually they were thanking me. No matter what I did they were in awe of massage. “Were” because its rare they get one now! Since launching massages into my small business in Quillan any openings are quickly filled with Full Body Massages.

Massage for just €25. I have been told to double it !

I advertised a 60 minute treatment but in reality more often than not I run over to at least 75 minutes, that tells me both myself and receipiant are enjoying it and loose track of time. I shall continue throughout May to offer a Full Body Massage at still a very affordable €35

I have taken the aspects I personally love about massage so I can deliver it with passion. I doubt I deliver any two massages exactly the same, every client is different and their needs. That is maybe why I love Lomi Lomi , an Hawaiian massage all about love and harmony working gently yet deeply into the muscles with continuous, flowing, loving strokes, totally nurturing the body enabling the recipient to give in, relax and enjoy Harmony.

With fluid, rhythmic motion using forearms as well as the hands, some people have described gentle waves moving over their body, different parts of the body may be massaged at the same time, it is extremely difficult for the brain to focus on these two different areas at once, and so the brain will rest and balance and harmony achieved.

The massage may be slow and very relaxing or may be a little faster invigorating and enlivening to the body. Sometimes the recipient may experience an emotional release as the massage can shift negative emotions, negative beliefs and other "stuff" that has been stored, the healing effects of massage continue long after the massage is over.

I have been overwhelmed with the reaction and feedback from all my clients so far and I’ve only just begun. I shall be posting their reviews on the testimonials page on my website so don't take it just from me.
